The exam and interaction with Dr Pando was good. My wait in the examining room was over 55 minutes. That was a little disconcerting.

Although the office was clean and the staff was friendly, my experience with Dr. Pando was mixed. While initially pleasant, he seemed dismissive of my pain and occasionally came across as condescending. His suggestions for treating my symptoms often felt like common sense solutions, and he questioned other diagnoses I had received. Additionally, he attempted to treat me with deep breathing exercises and seemed overly curious about unrelated matters. However, to his credit, he did ultimately identify the root cause of my issue, which justified the visit. Overall, while I had heard positive reviews about Dr. Pando, I left feeling somewhat disappointed. Nonetheless, I am relieved that I won't need to return.

Dr Pando is a superb doctor. He takes time to listen to your concerns. He also explains in detail what your problems are and w hat to do to resolve them. Couldn't find a better rheumatologist.

Appointment was on time. The Doctor was very attentive to my issue and prescribed a very well thought out plan of treatment. She was polite, courteous and made the issues very easy to understand. I was was very satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend the firm.

my first visit was a wonderful evaluation; The Dr was personable;hands on/open and considerate , Empathy is so lacking in the medical field BUT NOT HERE; He took the time to explain in lay terms "what I needed to know", So pleased that I can manage my illness with professional help overall the staff was "spot on" keep up doing the "good work"

Dr Pando is a compassionate, knowledgeable and caring doctor who takes the time to explain to his patients what he feels is going on with his patients then makes a treatment plan based on the patient. I am so glad to have found him.
