Dr. Jose Antonio Pando, M.D. FACPDr. Jose Antonio Pando, M.D. FACP
Dr. Pando is the founder of Delaware Arthritis. Born and raised in Lima Peru, he started his education in Peru and graduated from medical school at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara Mexico. He completed his Internship and Residency in Internal Medicine at The Yale University Primary Care Program, New haven CT.

Dr. Pando completed his Fellowship training at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda MD and Georgetown University Washington DC.

Dr. Pando's primary medical interests are in the areas of rheumatoid arthritis and other forms of inflammatory joint diseases. His favorite leisure activities involve spending time with his wife, Catherine, and their three children. He enjoys soccer, yoga, music and going to the beach.


Kelly A. Fanto, M.D.Kelly A. Fanto, M.D.
Dr. Fanto is originally from Maryland and graduated cum laude in 1982 from the University of Maryland - Baltimore County with a BA in Biological Sciences. She then attended the University of Maryland Medical School. Dr. Fanto completed an internship and residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Long Island at Nassau County Medical Center, an affiliate of Stony Brook University. She served as chief resident during her senior year of residency. Dr. Fanto has an interest in outpatient musculoskeletal medicine and electrodiagnostic testing.

Dr. Fanto and her husband Steve, have three children. They enjoy traveling, reading, skiing, biking and kayaking.


Jennifer Rahn, PA-CJennifer Rahn, PA-C
Jennifer Rahn was born and raised in Arlington, VA. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Catawba College in 1998. Jennifer became interested in medicine while working as a senior lab technician in a Biomedical Engineering lab at Johns Hopkins University.

She completed her Master of Physician Assistant at Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2004. Jennifer’s special interests include patient education and performing joint injections.

During her time off, she enjoys biking, hiking, cooking and going to the beach with her husband, Eric, and their two girls.
